reasonably clean, great value hotel, the location was exceptionally nice and ideal very close to the rver and castle tower. suite for 2 adults + 2 kids.

The breakfast spread was excellent, with both hot and cold dishes, including local specialties that were good to try.
The room's cleanliness left much to be desired, as we found traces of previous guests' rubbish still in the drawers upon arrival.

Charming room, good breakfast, with a beautiful view of the castle and river. The hotel's location right next to the main bridge allowed us to explore the medieval town easily on foot, and the 24-hour reception was very convenient for our late-night inquiries.
Couldn't find a single fault.

The location was perfect for our large family, right by the beautiful castle and the river. We enjoyed some wonderful meals in the restaurant which were delicious! Every morning, I was greeted by the lovely views from our room's balcony. It reminded me of a fairytale.
In my wife's opinion, the parking situation was quite the hassle. Would be better if they offered a shuttle service for families.
